1. What is your job role?

Assistant Administrator

2. Briefly summarise what this entails?

To provide administrative assistance and present a professional response to telephone callers and visitors to ensure the smooth day to day running of the offices. I work closely with the HR Administrator and assist in various tasks.

3. Do you have a specialism in this role?

Arranging events

4. How long have you worked in this industry?

Over one year

5. Do you have a keen interest in one particular field in the industry?

Property Development

6. What specialist training have you undertaken for your role?

I am currently completing the level 3 Construction and Built Environment extended diploma.

7. Where did you complete this training?

Royal Leamington Spa College

8. How long have you worked at TRIQS?

I started working for TRIQS in June 2017 prior to this I completed work experience during school.

9. Whilst being with TRIQS how has your career developed?

I have been given more responsibility and now manage the organisation of events such as seminars and Christmas parties. I also now help to complete new employee inductions and work closely with the HR Administrator.

10. Whilst being at TRIQS can you describe some of the projects you have worked on previously?

I have worked on organising and managing events such as the TRIQS Christmas party and seminars as well as attending university graduate days and marketing.

11. What is the best thing about working for TRIQS?

The people who work for the company and the help and support that they provide.

12. What has been your career highlight this far?

My career highlight was when I was given the opportunity to go out on site with a Managing Quantity Surveyor and be able to sit in on site meetings. The project I was involved with was the development of 2 luxury dwelling based in Selly Oak, this experience was valuable to me because in the future I would like to become a developer.

13. What are your career aims for the future?

I would like to complete the property development and planning course at university and progress on to become a successful property developer.

14. Tell us something that people don’t know about you?

I am very passionate about music and very keen about learning how to DJ.
